.Good to get quick access appointment, but you have to wait too long see the sure Dr. .Reception could be more attention, clear friendly. .GPs are good, but could take a more personal touch.

Being able to see your GP (own)- especially at quick short notice. Sometimes the reception can be a bit unhelpful/ very long waits on the phone- However, this seems to have improved reanthy.

V good patient are. Sometimes difficult to get appointment with the doctors, But generally ok. Receptionist are V good.
